Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

As part of our customer service commitment to you, we process our orders fast! Once you press the SUBMIT button, we begin processing your order immediately and cannot take responsibility for any errors. You can, however, attempt to contact us at (855)5LABELS / 552-2357 or at sales@starlightlabels.com to see if your order is already being processed.

How do I track my order?

Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Please go to the shipping confirmation email that we sent you when your order shipped. Click on the tracking link to check the current status of your shipment. If your estimated delivery date has passed then please contact us at sales@starlightlabels.com so that we can assist you further.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact customer service at sales@starlightlabels.com for assistance.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at sales@starlightlabels.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How much are shipping charges and when will my order ship?

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in New York State.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when we start processing your order.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

2) Enter your email address and password
3) Select “Register”

How do I edit my account information?

Click the “My Account ” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account ” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Lost your password?”. That link will take you to a page that will send you an email with your password.

How do I find the product I’m looking for?

To find the product(s) you’re looking for, you may
1) use the navigation menus on the top of our website.
2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the “Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
